Because Friday night energy shouldn't be limited to Friday.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Organic San Marzano Tomatoes, Organic Garlic, Organic Onion, Organic Rosemary, Organic Oregano, Organic Parsley.
We started with San Marzano tomatoes, the ones Italian chefs fight about, and turned them into a salt. Then we added organic garlic, onion, rosemary, oregano, and parsley, because if you're going to make a pizza salt, you go all the way.
The result is savory, herby, garlicky, and just a little sweet from the tomatoes. It smells like a good pizzeria and tastes like you know what you're doing. Shake it on your actual pizza, obviously. But also on pasta, roasted vegetables, eggs, popcorn, focaccia, grilled chicken, garlic bread, anywhere you want that unmistakable Italian-kitchen energy without actually having to do much.
This is the salt that makes a Tuesday feel like a Friday. Use it everywhere.
Made by hand in small batches in Oregon, because real flavor can't be rushed.
Tasting Notes: Savory · Herby · Garlicky · Bright · A Little Bit Italy
How to Use: Shake over pizza before and after baking. Toss with pasta and olive oil. Season chicken, fish, or vegetables before roasting. Dust over popcorn, focaccia, or garlic bread. Stir into tomato sauce for extra depth. Shake over eggs, avocado toast, or a caprese salad. Mix into dips, compound butter, or salad dressing.
